REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (READ THIS FIRST)

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you fix it quickly.

 EXCHANGES (EASY + FAST)

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • To start an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item/size you’d like.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send your replacement item (or issue store credit if you prefer).
  •  Return shipping costs apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

  •   MMM does not offer refunds, including for pre-orders.
  •  If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

  •   If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
  • Because orders move quickly, cancellations aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

SHIPPING (WHAT TO EXPECT)


PROCESSING TIME

  •  Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (often sooner).
  •  Expedited shipping applies after processing is complete.
  •  If your order includes a pre-order item, it may ship once all items are ready (unless stated otherwise on the product page).
  •  During major drops/peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES (AFTER SHIP)

  •  Domestic: typically 3–7 business days (carrier delays can happen).
  •  International: delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
  • SHIPPING ISSUES (LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED)

 Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is handled by them — but we’ll still help you resolve issues.
